2. Don't Let A Plateau Slow You Down

If you've been doing the same workout routine, stop and find something else that works for you. If you've been eating the same type of foods, try to change up your meal plans. Re-evaluate what you're doing. Your body may have become accustomed to your routine. Change things up a bit to help boost your metabolism and aid in further weight loss.

3. Don't Limit Yourself

You have to allow foods that aren't necessarily good for you in your diet. If you take away everything that may not be good for you, you could end up going over-board when you do finally eat that type of food. For example, if you love ice cream and you've stopped eating it altogether, that one time you allow it, you may end up eating way too much of it. However, if you allow yourself ice cream once per week, you're less likely to do this. Don't limit yourself too much when it comes to food, or you will end up over-indulging.
